Refunds and Exchanges
TruPatriot will issue a refund (no exchanges) within 30 days of the ship date, if the product is in new condition: not worn, not washed – this will be at our discretion.

If you ordered an item and would like to return it for refund, please contact us  at customer.service@trupatriot.org stating the issue you have with your item(s).

We will then issue a prepaid return shipping label. Once your item is received, we will process it for refund.

Please allow 24 hours for the refund to be processed, this is the typical time it takes for banks to post the credit to your account.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange as these products are made specifically for you and only after your participation in the design process and approval of the design prior to production.

Sale Items and Discontinued Items
We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds on sale items or discontinued items.

Defective Products
In the event you receive a defective product please send us an email or give us a call, we will make it right.
